All our nannies are either currently studying at Norland College or have already completed their Norland training. Additionally, we are proud to feature Marvellous-vetted nannies who have successfully completed our unique "Umbrella Exam" – a rigorous 2-stage interview process that includes a knowledge assessment, 5+ years of childcare experience, 2 professional references, a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid course, and a DBS check.
